Hanson Little League Baseball Summer Tourney (Ages: 9 & 11)
I am writing to invite your organization to our Hanson Little League Baseball Tournament on July 15th-17th, 2016. We will host 9 & 11 year old divisions.
The tournament will be held at the Botieri Sports Complex in Hanson, MA which has 3 newly renovated baseball fields. The complex is located across the street from Indian Head School on route 58.
Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games. The teams will be divided into two brackets, the top team in each bracket will move into the championship game.
The fee to enter the tournament is $400. Maximum players on a roster is 15.

We are accepting the first 8 teams in each division.
A nonrefundable deposit of $100 will hold your spot. Entries and full payment due no later than July 1, 2016

Your organization has been invited to participate in the 11th Annual Pembroke Summer Invitational Tournaments. As an organization, we have decided to partner with a charity and promote the concept of kids helping kids. For the second year in a row, portions of all proceeds will be donated to Santa’s Helpers of Pembroke MA. Because of the generosity of last year’s tournament participants, we were able to donate over $2,500 in cash and toys to Santa’s Helpers. More information on the charity and how you can participate are listed further in this letter.
Tournament Dates:
July 17th – 19th 8’s & 10A
July 24th – 26th 9’s & 12/11 (50’/70’)
Specifics:
- All games played at the Mattakeesett Street complex.
- Each team guaranteed 3 games (4 games for 8s) throughout the tournament.
- The 8 year old division will be non-competitive with 4 games, no playoffs.
- The 9A, 10A and 12/11 year old levels will feature ‘patched’ umpires.
- The parameters of the 12/11 tournament will be dependent on the number of teams and ages registered. We may have to play 12’s against 11’s depending on the registrations. If we can form two divisions, we will do that.
Fees:
$375.00 per team ($100 nonrefundable deposit by June 30th is required to reserve spot)
