Initiated in 2002, the Softball Squad is intended to acknowledge individual player’s participation and commitment to the Kingston Softball Program. It is designed to recognize players who have demonstrated years of play and participation.
Players become eligible for consideration once they have amassed 90 "points". Each player is earns 10 points for each year they have played Minor, Junior and Senior softball. They also earn an additional 10 points for:
Having played multiple years of instructional or Farm ball;
Participting in fall ball
Participating on a summer league team or All Star team
Participating on both Junior and Senior Softball
Demonstrating sportsmanship and coachability
