4:00-5:00 Baseball clinic with SLRHS Varsity Baseball coach Ken Tocci
(along with Varisty Baseball Team)
The clinic will be geared to Instructional age to Rookie league. Have your child bring their glove and if they have a bat and helmet, bring that along as well.
The concession stand will be open and we hope to follow the clinic with some older level softball and/or baseball games.

Girls ages 6 to 14 and their families are invited to come down at 11:00AM to watch a scrimmage between the SLRHS players. The Boosters will be hosting a cookout, so come on down and make a day of Softball at the Lake, where “Winners Find A Way”. The Skills Clinic will be run by Coach Pina, the new Varsity coach, his coaching staff, and the SL players. The Clinic will cover hitting, fielding, throwing, and base-running. Players can register at the field or pre-register by completing the form HERE.
↵Opachinski Complex to Undergo Major Changes over next 3 years
Begins with the closing of the field B3 effective immediately. B3 will become a staging area to store equipment and material needed for the parking lot resurfacing, drainage and expansion of parking. All B3 activities will be shifted onto field B2
B2 will change to a multi use, baseball and softball friendly practice and game field for the spring. B1 and B6 are already mulit-use fields to allow for flexibility of scheduling within the KYBSL program.
Conversion of B3 to approx. 40 extra parking spots, 2 side by side basketball courts and water retention area for drainage.
Opachinksi field expansion project. This will begin after Jan 1, 2014. Expansion will take place at the former paint ball area and will include 2 multi-sport athletic fields and parking.
